We ship our products direct to our stockists all over the country, yes even Tasmania and WA! Shipping time can vary depending on the size, weight and contents of the consignment. Due to the fragile nature of bathroom products (including mirrors and ceramics), we have carefully chosen our delivery partners to ensure that your order reaches you in excellent condition and in the fastest possible time. We work closely with our partners to make sure that our products are packaged in a way that reduces the chance of damages and also reduces the impact to the environment.

For larger manufactured items:

QLD                                          3-6 business days (far north 7-10 business days)

VIC                                            3-5 business days (regional 3-6 business days)

WA                                             5-10 business days

NT                                              10 business days

For smaller stocked items under 5kg:
We use Toll Express. This is an overnight service delivery to most parts of Australia. For basins and some larger boxes we use Toll IPEC which is an express road service.

Delivery can be anywhere from 1-4 business days for the majority of Australia, delivery to WA, Tasmania, NT and far north QLD can take a little longer.
